#freewrite - A #tale about a sick, little #warrior - part 4

"What is he talking about", the monkey asked.

They all gathered around the little warrior who was talking in his sleep. "Something about some person who roseout of something... a cave", the bird said.
"Pedals", the little monkey said, "I think he stole a bike."
"It's all about the shit he did", the snake said, "I doubt he is a warrior at all. He looks like a trouble maker to me. So let's get that splinter out of him so he can go back to where he came from, as soon as possible. As a door mat he won't last long plus he attracts flies."
The little monkey gave it a try, but there was not much hold on the splinter. The big bird picked at it, but it did not do any good either.
"Better ask someone else", the snake said, he whispered some words and a second bird arrived with a small creature on it's back. "Sorry we have to disturb you", the snake said. It's tail pointed at the warrior. "Does he look familiar to you? Please help to remove a splinter out of that idiot his neck."
The little creature did as asked, made a cut in the warriors neck and the bird picked out the splinter, while the warrior was still mumbling about: rose pedals, iron hoses, cave hunting and much more, that didn't make sense to anyone.
"I wonder if he needs some medicine", the little monkey said.
