We are all in the same boat

I been to hospital and had my operation. It was because of my navel rupture. My brother is sleeping but left me a message.. only x0x0x0 under it no "y". According to him it's not allowed. I write him back next day before I drag myself back into bed. I want my Y's a lot of them. I am back home and had a bad night. Everything was bad, except the fact I had a room for myself. They tried to put the infuse in.. several times.. and wanted to kill me or so.. I told that nurse to use my other arm not the left. Even before she started I asked her: where will you put that needle. Her answer: anywhere I can stick it!. In the end after a big mess and a lot of pain, in the meanwhile also seeing blue for cold, she decided to wrap my other arm in a warm towel and ask someone else to do it in my right wrist. That was not great too.. as I moved my fingers I felt the needle moving in my wrist. After that I could wait long and enjoy the cold. Then it was time to climb on the operation ...

Clean underpants

Granny always wanted me to wear clean underpants. What if you get an accident and they take you to the hospital, she asked me. As I was small it somehow did make sense. Later I thought it was nonsense. If I really get something bad out on the street, I will probably be covered with blood or have a heart attack. I don't think anyone will have a clear look at the state of my underpants at that critical moment. Talking about underpants. Those I had to wear at night were the worst. These were the kinds I was not allowed to wear at daytime. But still too good to throw away! They weren't looking that great and much too wide also. The elastic was partly broken or not resilient anymore. I can tell you these were very dangerous underpants! Even in bed you were able to strangle yourself in it (well your legs) . For example if you just wanted to turn on your other side or tried to get out of bed. I really hated them. Today I had to go to the hospital to see a doctor. I remembered granny...
