I told you about "the house of boredom" didn't I? That very boring film my brother made me watch and he never saw himself? Perhaps he did because I like to watch programs about how to renovate houses? If you really like to see a great film, with a good story and something to think about then you better watch House. A couple on their way gets a flat tire. It's evening, raining and they are in the middle of nowhere. They decide to walk to the nearest house and call for help (a great house to see btw). An other couple just arrived too. A strange woman, ugly husband and their weird adult pathetic son (who reminds me of Norman Bates - Psycho by Alfred Hitchcock) live in that house and run the "hotel". As the tin-man comes you can't leave... an nobody tells you who he is. He is outside and sends a message (on a can). He wants one person/life before next morning. The game starts. My big brother wanted me to see this film. Since I have to kill some time after my operation by resting (laying down instead of bending, carrying etc etc) I follow his advice. He will wait till I saw it before watching it. My brother knows how it feels to have his ass kicked, so I hope I don't disappoint him with my review about this film. You like comics? The ones about super hero's? Well the dude in the movie "Kick ass" does and he also wonders if nobody wants to be one. How come so many people like to read about them but doesn't want to be one (as a profession). So the dude (far from popular) decides to be one and calls himself: Kick ass, although a much better name for him is: Ass kicked! He is really doing his best and tries to save a guy, who been beaten up by 3 men. From that moment on Kick ass is famous and not only that. A mobster thinks he is the one who is killing all his men! So Kick ass is hunted by him (good there are also fake Kick asses...

Except for stories I also love to watch films, just like my brother. We kill a lot of time with it. Most of the time my brother is telling me what film we will watch together next. This time it's different. Since he still has so many films to watch he says I should watch some by my self starting with: The house of the devil . Samantha is a student. Since she needs 400 dollar to pay the rent for her new home, she is responding on an ad: Babysitter needed . Her best friend takes her over to the address and will pick her up later. There isn't really a babysitter wanted but a "sitter" for the old mom, who is upstairs in her room. Samantha is not allowed to go over there or meet her, since mom likes to be on her own. (You wonder why there is a sitter needed at all) .
