Believe it or not but... I am not a robot. I hate all these sites where I have to wait and click or have to find the right pictures to tell (a robot) I am not a robot
If your internet connection sucks
you are and always be a robot, your password is not right, your account is not recognized or gone, you are no longer welcome to visit more and more sites. Including your own health accounts at the doctor his office, the hospital, your health insurances and other insurances.
Is this the customer service nowadays?
It is very hard for me to believe companies do not know about the world-wide-bad- providers-and-far-of-steady-internet-connection-issues. Internet is forced through the throat, but the capacity to deliver what is advertised sucks already for at least 20 years as well.
How can these providers get away with it? How is is possible all paperwork we have to do ourselfs (banking for example) and we even pay twice or three times the price for it?
I do believe that "I am not a robot" does not help to avoid hackers, spam, or anything else at all.
It is also very customer unfriendly. Looking for pictures with a car on it and do it over and over, time after time. What is the fun of that?
Ever thought about how frustrating this is if you can hardly see, might not understand the stupid question, are working with a smartphone and you just clicked 1 mm next to that stupid picture? I wonder who the person was who thought this out. For sure he/she doesn't care about people with some handicap, people who usually are able to take care to themselves very well! Now they need a robot to help them out (you know, that expensive robot that is answering you if you are forced to call and it not able to understand you at all!).
